Fun Thursday Morning Glory with Congresswoman Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee!

We kick off your Thursday with all the news of the day including the recent shootings in Charlotte and Tulsa, and the latest on the terror attack in NYC.. We’ll also look at the Pope’s telegram regarding the two Mexican priests that were brutally murdered after being kidnapped over the weekend.

We talk with Lucy Beckett about her new book, The Time Before You Die. She’s a British woman and this is her first novel out now on Ignatius Press. The book examines the Reformation and some of the persecution felt by clergy and nuns.

We’ll also get the latest on the prosecution of Stem Express, the tissue procurement company tied to Planned Parenthood with the Chairwoman of the Select Investigative Panel on Infant Lives, the Honorable Congresswoman Marsha Blackburn, representing the 7th district of Tennessee. She can also fill us in on what’s next for the University of New Mexico where students used fetal tissue during a summer class–very important work all a by-product of David Daleiden’s investigative journalism!

We’re blessed to have with us tomorrow in-studio, Sister Clare Hunter of the Franciscan Sisters of the Eucharist–she’ll be telling us all about her order, their charism, and the great work she does for the Diocese of Arlington!

We look forward to starting the day with you! Find us on Facebook, tweet to us via @EWTN, comment here, or email directly: MorningGlory@EWTN.com!

‘See’ you bright and early!

Best,

Alyssa Murphy
